Conceptual Framework

MACRO/micro is an interpretative, multi-layered visual work exploring the unbalanced feedback loops between human creative culture and artificial intelligence systems.

Through generative multi-scale textures and visual decay, the piece examines three core thematic phases:

  1. Consumption: The systematic extraction and ingesting of collective human expression.
  2. Adoption: The pervasive normalization and integration of synthetic systems into daily cognition and creative labor.
  3. Assimilation: The flattening and re-absorption of cultural forms into algorithmic feedback loops.
